What is an unconference?

While the Social Software Showcase doesn't technically meet the definition of an unconference, it was as close a term as we could come up with to describe what we are after. The in-person portion of this event will be unorganized and free form, giving the attendees a chance to focus the conversation(s) they wish to with the presenters. We hope to break down some of the lines between the two groups, and allow conversation to grow naturally. We also hope that everyone learns something.
